Waxing Poetic

I am a big fan of words. Sometimes it is the most simplest of thoughts and phrases that get me, though.

Sometimes all I can think is: I want you.

I mean that in so many ways depending on the day and my mood. It is your face in front of me, your hands on me, but more than that. More than just raw physical hunger. It is the safety of your arms wrapped around me. It’s the way your words seep into my mind and form connections. It’s the emotional parts of us that can reach out to each other. It’s the possibilities of inside jokes and laughs and pure joy and happiness that can come from being with someone.

But it all comes back to that simple idea.

I want you.
