Sometimes I notice that I have a way of obsessing over things. It is an extreme hyper focus that sometimes happens.
I do this with people and things. It could be a book or show, maybe food and exercise, but I always find one thing to obsess over. Sometimes it feels healthy but sometimes it does not.
I think the more problematic part is that I wish they would obsess over me. I am not sure, though, that I wouldn’t become overwhelmed by that if it truly happened.
