Sitting outside today and haven’t been feeling well. I am a firm believer in your body keeps the score and life has been a bit stressful this week.
Mostly though allergies kick my butt in the summer but my legs also don’t like sitting in a desk chair working through trainings and long meetings. I have to log into more training today even though I took off.
But enjoying the sun and my cup of protein coffee. listening to the loudness of the neighborhood and finding comfort in the noise and the cardinal that just flew across my path.
We stared at each other for a bit and now I wonder who sent me that message of love and comfort. Thank you for that, whoever you are. I really needed it.
