Pulling on a new shirt today from Drool Apparel. It is of course a Star Wars shirt that also says come and play with me.
Movies and Kink are two of my love languages. I love connecting to people through both things.
I have used both as a means of escape. My childhood wasn’t great, but my best memories were being dropped off at the movie theater. We would buy a ticket and watch a movie at least two times. I was too young to see the original Star Wars movie, New Hope when it first came out, but I remember watching Empire Strikes Back. I caught New Hope on its re-release in the 1980s. So, starting out of order was a pattern, and it didn’t matter that Episodes I – III came out later.
I am of the generation that Episode I is not something I have watched more than twice in my lifetime. I have watched the others hundreds, if not thousands, of times (not overexaggerating, but do not ask me to remember every plotline or be good at names and trivia. That is not how my brain works.)
But anyway. These are things that helped me escape, and I enjoy escaping into new worlds, including those of a kink variety. I love having relationships that combine all my passions. I love having connections where we can play on many different levels. I don’t want to be serious all the time.
I want to enjoy my partner’s passions as well. I want to be introduced to new things and watch them as they enjoy whatever they enjoy, whether that is indulging me or themselves.
