(Another writing challenge for you to enjoy)
Power is what you give me. The Power to be who I want to be even when who I want to be is the you you want me to be.
I also want to hold Power. Power over you. Power to get what I want. What I want is you. You wanting me.
I have come to appreciate Power Exchange more. It is that give and take.
So many here have their own view of who owns that Power. Is it the big D or M that gets to make all the commands or is it the little s whose Surrender holds the ultimate power?
To me, the more important word in Power Exchange is not power. It is the exchange—the exchange of energy, the exchange of effort, and in the most rewarding dynamics, the exchange of love.
