Fear is a tool. It takes us somewhere further. It expands our mind. Gives us a place to move to and helps us see how far we can surrender, how powerful we are, what we are made of.
We can look at fear as growth. That is the message.
But fear also takes me somewhere special. The line between fear and excitement blurs. Those feelings of aurosal are heightened in the unknowing.
